Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At AquaEdge Pools LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality pool services with professionalism and consistency. Because our work is service-based, our refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will make every effort to correct the issue or offer a service credit toward a future visit.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Services paid for in advance but not rendered

  • Duplicate or erroneous payments

Refunds will not be provided for services that have been completed as agreed, unless there is a clear service deficiency that cannot be corrected.
